1. Overall & Coins

1.1 Products

Jew Bazaar sells Skyblock coins, delivered in-game via a transfer method disclosed to you once payment is confirmed.

1.2 Valuation and "as-is"

Every value is an estimate produced by third-party tools we didn't build, and none of them is guaranteed to be perfectly accurate. What counts as the definitive record depends on what you are buying: for profiles it is the profile's page on this website (2.2), and for accounts it is the SkyCrypt link in the listing (3.2). Anything not shown there is not guaranteed to be part of the sale, so review it before you buy.

1.3 Price fluctuation

Value is locked in at the moment the product is secured by the seller, not at delivery. Coin value can move after that point, up or down, and we are not responsible for either direction.

1.4 Payment

Crypto is the only accepted payment method. Payment must be sent in full before delivery unless agreed otherwise, and it is your responsibility to send the correct amount to the correct address: transactions sent wrong cannot be recovered.

Redeemable gift cards are accepted as a fallback at a 10% surcharge, covering the fees and losses from reselling them elsewhere. Only valid, unused, redeemable cards qualify, and we can decline specific brands at our discretion.

1.5 Delivery (coins)

Coins are delivered in-game via a transfer method disclosed once payment is confirmed. You need to be online to receive it at the agreed time. Once that method has been disclosed, you cannot back out of the sale: doing so anyway forfeits 50% of the order value, since the information itself has value regardless of what happens after.

1.6 Refunds (coins)

Refundable: before delivery and before the transfer method is disclosed, in full, any time. If we fail to deliver after payment, in full, regardless of disclosure.

Partially refundable: backing out after the transfer method has been disclosed, at 50%.

Not refundable: change of mind after delivery, value moving after the product was secured, or any Hypixel ban, wipe, or rollback. Once coins are transferred, the sale is final.

1.7 Bans, wipes, and enforcement

Real-money trading is against Hypixel and Mojang's terms of service. Buying or selling coins carries a real risk of a ban, wipe, or item rollback, and that risk is yours to accept before buying. We are not responsible for any enforcement action taken against your account, and no refund is issued for one.

1.8 Liability

Our total liability on any transaction is capped at what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect damages, Hypixel updates or nerfs that change item value, third-party tool inaccuracies, or loss of access to your own Minecraft or Hypixel account.

1.9 Disputes and third parties

Raise any issue with us directly first, in good faith, before going anywhere else. We can refuse service to anyone, for any reason. If you are dealing with someone other than the shop owner, use a trusted middleman: we are not responsible for scams run by a third-party seller who isn't us.

1.10 Changes

These terms can change at any time without prior notice. Continuing to buy after a change means you accept the update.

2. Profiles

This section applies on top of the Overall & Coins terms above.

2.1 Product

Full Skyblock profiles, sold with every previous co-op member removed before transfer. You give us your IGN and we invite you to the profile.

2.2 Valuation and "as-is"

The profile's page on this website is the definitive record of what you get. Every chest and every item you can browse there was captured directly in-game, and prices come from SkyHanni's estimated item value, the same figure it shows you in game. That is an estimate, not a guarantee of what anything will sell for.

Permanent progress (collections, garden level, skills, bestiary) is shown there too and will match at delivery. Items may be converted between forms before delivery (an item sold for coins, coins put back into items); the overall value stays consistent with what was shown. The listing description is guidance only. Where it conflicts with the profile page, the profile page wins.

2.3 Price fluctuation

Value locks in when the profile is secured by us, not at delivery. Anything counted toward networth can move in value between then and delivery due to the market, a game update, or anything else, in either direction, and we're not responsible for that movement.

2.4 Delivery

You give us your IGN, we invite you to the profile, and delivery is complete the moment we leave the co-op: that's what hands you sole ownership. Once you've accepted the invite, you cannot back out. Joining a Skyblock profile carries inherent risk, and accepting the invite means you accept it. The sale becomes final the moment we leave.

2.5 Profile-specific terms

Once we leave the co-op, the profile and everything on it is entirely your responsibility. We have no further obligation regarding its contents or condition, and anything you do afterward (inviting others, selling items) is on you.

2.6 Refunds

Refundable: any time before you accept the co-op invite, in full. If we fail to deliver after payment is confirmed, in full.

Not refundable: change of mind after delivery, differences from the listing description (the profile page is what governs, not the text), value movement after securing, Hypixel bans or wipes, backing out after accepting the invite, or anything after we've left the co-op. Once we leave, the sale is final.

2.7 Bans, wipes, and enforcement

Same as coins: buying and selling profiles is real-money trading and carries a genuine risk of a ban, wipe, or rollback that you accept by buying. We're not responsible for enforcement action taken against your account, and no refund is given for one.

2.8 Disputes and third parties

Same as the overall terms above: raise issues with us directly first, and use a trusted middleman if you're buying from anyone other than the shop owner.

3. Accounts

This section applies on top of the Overall & Coins terms above.

3.1 Product

Full Minecraft accounts, including email, password, and full access credentials. Every account is clean and unbanned at the time of sale. You receive full access, including all login credentials, and Skyblock progress (if any) is shown via a SkyCrypt link in the listing.

3.2 "As-is" condition

Sold strictly as shown on the SkyCrypt link at the time of listing: that link is the definitive record of the account's Skyblock progress. Whatever is on the account at sale time is included, covering every profile, rank, cape, or cosmetic tied to it. Listing text is guidance only; where it conflicts with SkyCrypt, SkyCrypt wins. Review the SkyCrypt link before buying.

3.3 Securing the account

This is the part that matters most. Once payment is confirmed, you get the full login credentials, and it's on you to immediately change the email, password, and 2FA within 48 hours of receiving them. You are required to screen-record the whole securing process: without that recording, a recovery claim will not be considered.

3.4 Recovery warranty

If the account is taken back by a previous owner within 6 hours of purchase and you're not at fault, a full refund is issued on request. A valid claim needs all of the following: the recovery happened within that 6-hour window, you have the full screen recording, you changed every credential as instructed, and you weren't at fault (didn't share credentials, didn't fail to secure it in time). After 6 hours, the account is entirely your responsibility, no exceptions.

3.5 Refunds

Refundable: any time before credentials are handed over, in full. If we fail to deliver after payment, in full. A valid recovery claim under 3.4, in full.

Not refundable: change of mind after credentials are handed over, failing to secure the account in time, recovery after the 6-hour window, Hypixel or Mojang enforcement action, not recording the securing process, or anything caused by sharing your own credentials. Once credentials are delivered, the sale is final, subject only to the 6-hour warranty above.

3.6 Bans, wipes, and enforcement

Buying and selling accounts is real-money trading and carries a genuine risk of a ban or suspension from Hypixel or Mojang, which you accept by buying. We're not responsible for enforcement action taken after the sale, and no refund is given for one.

3.7 Price fluctuation

Value locks in at listing time, not delivery. Anything on the account can move in value between then and delivery, and we're not responsible for that movement.

3.8 Disputes and third parties
